The first appointment usually lasts 45-60 minutes and includes an in-depth assessment of your nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle habits. We will discuss your goals and create stepping stones to reaching them, including custom macronutrient and calorie recommendations, food and meal ideas, and any relevant supplement recommendations.

It is highly recommended to set a follow-up appointment in 2-4 weeks for to assess progress and maintain accountability.
